1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and maintain an account on sb66, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout the lifetime of your account:

- You are acting as a private individual in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any business or third party.
- You are not depositing funds on behalf of any other person or using funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity.
- You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
- You are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of sb66 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
- You have not previously been excluded from sb66 or had an account closed by sb66 for breach of these Terms and Conditions.
sb66 conducts age verification during registration and reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any point. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Until age verification is satisfactorily completed, sb66 may restrict access to deposit, withdrawal, or betting functions. Any winnings generated by a player who has not completed age verification may be withheld pending successful verification.
Where sb66 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. If it is confirmed that the account holder is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all pending bets will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method. No winnings will be paid to any player confirmed to be under 18 years of age.
3 Account Registration & Security

You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.
3.2 Account Security

You must not share your login details with any other person. sb66 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

Until sb66 receives notification of suspected unauthorised access, all activity carried out via your account will be treated as authorised by you.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Verification documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, utility bill, bank statement, or mobile financial service (MFS) account confirmation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period specified by sb66 may result in account restrictions or closure.
4 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on sb66, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms and Conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:
4.1 Prohibited Activities
- Fraud and collusion: Engaging in any form of fraud, including match-fixing, collusion with other players, use of bots or automated software, or any other scheme designed to manipulate game outcomes or betting results.
- Money laundering: Using sb66 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity. sb66 is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
- Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or mobile financial service provider in relation to legitimate sb66 transactions.
- Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using false information, or employing any other method to claim bonuses or promotional offers beyond their intended entitlement.
- Unauthorised access: Attempting to gain access to any part of the sb66 platform or any other player's account through hacking, phishing, or any other unauthorised means.
- Reverse engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise extract the source code of any software forming part of the sb66 platform.
- Abusive conduct: Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language towards sb66 staff or other players via any communication channel associated with the platform.
4.2 Player Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of sb66 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. sb66 does not provide legal advice and makes no representation regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific location. The burden of compliance rests entirely with you as the player.
5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
sb66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and participating Bangladesh bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. All transactions are processed in BDT at no currency conversion charge to the player.
5.2 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on sb66 is ৳200. There is no upper limit on individual deposits, though sb66 reserves the right to apply deposit caps in connection with responsible gaming controls or account verification requirements. All deposited funds must originate from a payment account that is legally registered in your name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned to the source and may result in account investigation.
sb66 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Players are advised to check with their bKash, Nagad, or bank provider for any applicable fees.
5.3 Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions: (a) your account identity verification (KYC) must be fully complete; (b) the withdrawal amount must not exceed your current available balance; (c) any bonus funds must be fully wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements before the underlying deposit amount becomes eligible for withdrawal.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. sb66 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal at its discretion, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above ৳50,000.
5.4 Transaction Records

Players are advised to retain records of their own transaction confirmations from their respective payment providers. sb66 maintains transaction logs for a minimum of five years.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
sb66 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general bonus terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
6.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds awarded by sb66 are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means that the bonus amount must be staked in full twenty times across eligible games before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
6.2 Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available to players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated for each promotion. sb66 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotional offer at its absolute discretion, including where sb66 has reasonable grounds to believe that the player is engaging in bonus abuse. Only one promotional offer may typically be active on an account at any one time, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
6.3 Bonus Expiry
Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion's terms will expire and be removed from the account balance automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated. Players are responsible for monitoring their own bonus expiry dates via the account dashboard.
6.4 Abuse and Misuse
sb66 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk or hedge betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and systematic exploitation of errors or miscalculations in promotional terms. Where abuse is identified, sb66 reserves the right to void any associated bonus, cancel any derived winnings, and restrict or close the account.
7 Betting & Gaming Rules
7.1 Acceptance of Bets
sb66 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet or wager placed on the platform at its absolute discretion and without providing a reason. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where sb66 believes that a bet has been placed using information not available to the general public, or where a bet forms part of a suspicious betting pattern.
7.2 Errors and Malfunctions
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or human error resulting in the display of incorrect odds, payouts, or game outcomes, sb66 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original stake to the player's account. This includes situations where a game or bet is accepted at odds that are materially different from the fair market price due to a pricing error. sb66's decision on voided bets in error situations is final.
7.3 Cricket Betting Rules
All cricket bets — including markets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., Bangladesh Cricket Board, Board of Control for Cricket in India, International Cricket Council). In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or reduced in overs, settlement rules specific to the affected market type will apply as stated in the individual market's rules at the time of bet placement.
7.4 Casino and Live Dealer Games

8 Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure by the Player
You may close your sb66 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid closure request, sb66 will process the closure within 5 business days. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your most recently used verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided that no bonus wagering obligations remain outstanding.
8.2 Suspension or Closure by sb66
sb66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account with immediate effect and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
- Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other illegal activity.
- Confirmed age verification failure (player found to be under 18 years of age).
- Receipt of a chargeback from the player's payment provider.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
- Any other behaviour that sb66 reasonably considers to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.
Where an account is closed by sb66 for cause under this section, sb66 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that funds in the account represent proceeds of fraud or abuse, those funds may be permanently forfeited.
8.3 Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, bet, or casino wager has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. sb66 will send a notification to the registered email address before any inactivity charge is applied. After the initial notification, a monthly account maintenance fee of ৳200 (or the remaining balance if lower) may be deducted from inactive accounts. Once the balance reaches zero, the inactive account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting sb66 support.
8.4 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary cooling-off period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion via the responsible gaming section of their account or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be blocked, no marketing communications will be sent, and sb66 will take reasonable technical steps to prevent the player from opening a new account.
